Address Book Management Guide
Overview
The Address Book feature in Sampleful helps streamline the request submission process by storing frequently used
shipping addresses and customer information. This saves time and reduces errors when creating new requests.
Important: Addresses are unique to your account and are not shared with any other users in your Organization.
What is the Address Book?
The Address Book is a centralized repository where you can:
- Store customer and shipping information
- Quickly populate request forms with saved data
- Maintain accurate contact details
- Organize shipping preferences by customer
- Reduce data entry errors
Managing Addresses
Viewing Your Address Book
Access your Address Book from:
- The main navigation menu
- During request creation (Step 3: Shipping)
Creating New Addresses
Method 1: During Request Creation
The easiest way to add addresses is while creating a request:
- Create a new Request
- During Step 3 (Shipping), Check the “Add to Address Book” checkbox.
- The address book entry will be created alongside the Request.
Method 2: Direct Creation
- Navigate to Address Book from the main menu
- Click the “Add Address” button
- Save the address
